Grosvenor Place, Belgravia Project
Located on Grosvenor Place in Belgravia, down the west side of Buckingham Palace Gardens, this prestigious project is situated in an English Heritage site. AMF MEP was appointed to undertake the stage 4-5 MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health) design, inclusive of client-requested instructions.
Fosters Estate
At Fosters Estate, AMF MEP achieved remarkable cost savings while ensuring top-notch mechanical and public health system designs. Through strategic rationalisation of plant spaces and integration of cutting-edge structural techniques with Fusion Steel Framing, we not only streamlined MEP services but also significantly reduced the project’s overall environmental impact
Westhorpe Gardens Ph1
In the heart of Barnet, our team at AMF MEP meticulously designed and coordinated the mechanical and public health systems of Westhorpe Gardens Ph1. The project, comprising 251 residential units including specialised retirement living spaces, highlighted our ability to deliver comprehensive Revit 3D solutions across multiple blocks, setting a new benchmark for residential development.

Tasked with future-proofing Westhorpe Gardens against evolving fire and smoke regulations, AMF MEP’s forward-thinking approach ensured the project’s compliance with the latest standards. Our involvement was critical in implementing enhanced safety measures, including advanced sprinkler systems and smoke pressurisation, across this expansive residential development.
