Summary

The Fosters Estate development, orchestrated by AMF MEP, represents a significant advancement in residential living spaces in the London Borough of Hendon. Spanning over 15 blocks, including three-story houses, this project encompasses the creation of 217 residential units, 75 of which are dedicated to retirement living. The cornerstone of this development is the construction of a new block containing 79 units, meticulously designed to enhance community living while integrating modern mechanical and public health systems within a 3D Revit coordinated framework.

Technical Innovations

The Fosters Estate project is a showcase of several technical innovations:

  • Integrated MEP Design: Utilisation of Revit 3D for seamless integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) systems, ensuring optimal efficiency and coordination.

  • Sustainable Water Management: Advanced water conservation systems were installed, including rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling.
