Browse the full glossary →MEP engineering is the design of a building's mechanical, electrical and public health systems: heating, ventilation and air conditioning; power, lighting and electrical infrastructure; and water supply, drainage and above-ground public health. AMF MEP delivers all three disciplines as a coordinated building-services design.
AMF MEP is a UK building-services consultancy providing MEP design and energy design for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. We work from concept through to construction, coordinating designs in BIM and validating performance with dynamic thermal modelling.
Sustainability is built into the design process. We use building-physics analysis and IESVE modelling to target Part L, Part G and Part O compliance, BREEAM criteria and Net Zero Carbon outcomes, reducing operational energy and improving occupant comfort.
